How to Book
You can book your treatments by calling us on +353 1 8157348 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards and One4All gift vouchers. We do not accept personal cheques. On booking we may require card details. We will use this card to hold your reservation only, and give you the choice of how you wish to pay on the day of your treatment. Treatments can be paid for in advance or on the day. When booking packages, we will require a deposit of 50%.
All prices listed include V.A.T. @ 13.5%. All retail products include VAT @ 23%.
We are delighted to accept groups and depending on the number in the group it is possible to reserve the Salon. When booking in Groups a deposit of 50% will be required.
Please notify us 24-hour in advance of cancellations where possible. Should this not be possible, you may be charged 50% of the cost of your treatment or package unless the reason for cancellation is deemed to be of a serious nature.
All bookings of over one hour, we require a 50% deposit payable by credit card; this is fully refundable if we receive a minimum of 24 hours cancellation.
Clients who do not arrive for an appointment and have not called to cancel before hand, may be liable to a 100% charge.
Gift vouchers are available for all treatments, and are valid for six months from date of issue.
We regret tokens cannot be exchanged for cash and lost tokens cannot be replaced.
Special offers cannot be used together with other discounts or special offers. They are limited by availability.
Christmas Special Offer Vouchers: Special offer vouchers cannot be used until after 25th December.
Monthly Special Offers: There will be a number of treatments available on special offer. These will be listed on our special offer page every month.
Introductory Offers: All Introductory Offers may only be used once by each client who is new to So Belle Castleknock.
In the case of all So Belle Castleknock Special Offers it is only possible to avail of any one Special Offer at a time.
We would like to give you the best possible service here at So Belle Castleknock so we would ask you to work with us. We ask our Clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their treatment. This allows time to fill in our consultation card, to relax and prepare, allowing you derive the full benefit and time from your chosen treatment or package.
If the therapist of your choice is not available due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances you will be informed. We will endeavor to offer you another highly skilled therapist.
Please do not to bring your valuables to the Salon as we regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss.
At So Belle Castleknock, we want you to feel safe and nurtured. All of our treatments are booked subject to medical status, which should be discussed with your therapist during your consultation. If you have a medical condition, or are currently taking any medication at all, please do mention it to your therapist. Should a treatment or product not be right for you at this time, we will try to offer you an alternative more suitable treatment.
Please do inform your therapist prior to the treatment if you have a history of skin sensitivity, if you are currently on any medication or have any medical condition so that we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
At So Belle Castleknock we offer a comprehensive range of treatments and packages that have been developed to exceed the expectations of the client seeking a results-driven treatment. Our highly trained therapists will help you attain whatever outcome you seek, be it to help you rest, relax and rejuvenate or refine and embellish your natural beauty.
We are more than happy to repair free of charge any problems you notice with your Shellac/Gelish application within 48 hours of your original appointment as these could be the result of a faulty product or incorrect application.
For all other issues with your Shellac/Gelish Manicure that occur later than this, we are on hand to help you to understand what might have happened.
Before & After Care
Some treatments such as tinting and waxing require a patch test 24 hours before your treatment.
Please see our waxing menu for specific before and after care instructions.
Don’t forget your flip-flops if you are booking in for a pedicure.
Your therapist and skincare advisor will be happy to advise on any queries about after care or home-care and any other requirements you may have.
